Metallium Shipping Policy

1. Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over R1000. This promotion applies automatically at checkout based on the total value of your order.

2. Standard Delivery Fee

For orders under R1500, a standard delivery fee will apply. The exact fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

3. Large Orders

Metallium reserves the right to pass on additional courier fees for very large orders where shipping costs exceed R1000. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you to discuss additional charges before processing your order.


4. Shipping Timeframe

The shipping timeframe is separate from the order lead time. Lead time refers to the processing and preparation of your order before it is shipped and may vary depending on the product and customisation required. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will provide an estimated delivery time.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Delays: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status online.


7. International Shipping

At this time, Metallium only ships within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • No P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Remote Areas: Certain remote locations may incur additional shipping fees or may not be serviced by our standard couriers. We will notify you if your address falls into this category.

9. Delivery Issues

If there are any problems with your delivery, such as damaged items or missing packages, please contact us at orders@metallium.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
